Heidi’s First New Build (1991/1992)

In 1992 I fulfilled my dream of buying land and building my dream home. After 2 years of searching for land and designing my own property, in April of 1991, the fun started! I loved every minuite of it and I hope you enjoy this short video too!
p.s. I still live here, and run my thriving property business from this house Beckhall Manor.

Heidi and Sarah do Property (2006)

Heidi’s TV appearance in 2006, with Sarah Beeny, was the begining of her property renovation career, although Heidi had been in property investment on a part time basis since 1982. She did her first renovation on her residential home in 1985. This is what gave Heidi her first ‘buzz’ and gave her an appetite for future renovations, although this was put on hold until 1991 while she brought up her two young sons. In 1991 she built her own home from scratch and we shall put up a video on that subject soon.
During the programme she made a decision to sell her dress shop and go into full time property investing. It was a wise move! Hope you enjoy!
