Suffolk Portfolio- Premier Property Finders

Today Ed and I have decided to show you our Suffolk Portfolio and to give you an idea of yields in this 'high yielding' area. We have so many great deals for our cash investors and our only 'stumbling block' is to educate novice investors to understand that buying a property deal as an investment is all about cash flow and location. Many mistakenly get emotional about a certain house, and it has been difficult for Ed and I to make them realize that they can't have an emotional attachment to a property they will never live in, it is simply a 'cash cow.'
This area is one of the best outside London.
FACTS…
- USAF (American Air Force) are short of housing in the Mildenhall and Lakenheath area.
- They pay 'top whack' to their serving personnel, depending on rank. (Base caps).
- Perfect tenants as Air force are strict on payments and the order in which properties are left.
- USAF have been there since 1946 and are building new runways.
- It is the biggest USAF base in Europe.

Office Technology Overview

Well, for once we have attempted to do a some what serious video here! Technology is something that fascinates me and I am always keen to keep up with the trends. Luckily for me, I have two sons who are genius when it comes to this, so I thought I would share some of this with you. So here we are talking about connecting screens to enable you to work more efficiently with your computer. Also some good little tips on the video to make your time sat in front of the computer, more pleasant. Mirrors on the wall to look at every few moments to help the focus on your eyes, and mood lighting. It really does help!
The lighting also picks up on the music on your computer and can give you your own disco if you should wish. One thing not mentioned on the video is the speakers next to my mood lights and the subwoofer under the desk. Both Ed and I have these hooked up to our computers and the sound quality is amazing! …I know what your thinking, do we ever get any work done? The answer is simply YES, because it is such a pleasure to sit and work at my computer desk.
Ok, I'm always getting teased by my friends about my bedroom, so I have decided to come out and confess, watch the video to the end, and you'll see what I mean….enjoy!

Update- OK, I have had a big response from this on Facebook so here is more information for you…to set up dual monitors, go to 'display settings' on your computer, then tick the 'extend desktop onto this monitor' box. For more info see link below….

How to…Enjoy a Halloween Property Party!

Oh what fun we had on Halloween. I was honoured to be joined by some of the leading lights in the property world. Deep and Pal Vadesha, Paul Galbraith, David Duckworth, Danny Haley, Heather McDonnald Hamilton,and of course my buddy and business partner Ed Ling.
It was so great to be able to catch up with everyone again as well as family and other friends…It was great for my two sons Foz and Ollie to finally meet faces they had only seen on Facebook and photos. Hey guys! We must do this again in the spring, and I'll show you my vegetable patch! Not quite as exiting as my bedroom, but well…..(you had to be there to get this comment)!!
