Excel London Oct 2010

Hello Fellow Investors and Friends,

Well, it's that time of year again, when we thought we'd go to see what's happening at the Property Exhibition at Excel in London. It's always great to get down there and meet up with old friends from all over Britain! Notice this year though, that there were less stands and about 75% of them were for foreign investments. In general, I don't think it is as good now as it used to be, but that is probably to do with the property climate….

However, the power of Networking should never be underestimated and both Ed and I spoke to investors about various deals and gained a wealth of information too. So as usual both Ed and I 'played hard' and 'worked hard' as we always do, and it works for us, as we are 'steaming ahead' with our deals……

the best way to learn is to laugh, (I do a lot of that), this is golden if you want to be a leader…….
